  • Summary

  • Being Together explores how a family have found new ways to connect through Playground.

In this podcast we hear from a mother of three, about the role the sessions had in re-framing the family dynamic and their understanding of what it means to be together.

This podcast is part of Digital Playground. And as part of the series, we have four podcasts and accompanying films that offer a glimpse of the magical work we have been doing with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Playground’s Specialist Sessions take place in MASH Centres (Multi Agency Specialist Hubs) and Wyvern School and like all Playground activity they are co-created by our artists, the participating children and the adults who care for them.

Each film and accompanying podcast explores a theme that has emerged from sessions that evolved over the course of a year. Explore all of the films and podcasts here.

With thanks to Kent Family Hubs for funding this podcast.
