Be a RT Firt member to!

firt is a community joke at RT.( its a first member) I love listening to this series. they do a great job at story telling and absorbing the information fun and easy. I also can't tell you how many times I've had a question and a few seconds later Chris asks the question I had. if you know RT how questions aren't rehersed.

Nice balance of information and entertainment

The two hosts of this podcast play well off one another, with one serving primarily as the storyteller and the other acting as a proxy for the listeners. He comes in naive to the details, posits theories about causes, and asks questions that many of us no doubt have. The pacing is good, flight jardon and procedures are well-explained, and I like hearing about the industry changes made as a result of the accidents/disasters. There is some humor, but it never seems disrespectful or inappropriate. Both hosts have engaging ways of speaking. Well done!

Better than expected

Informative but not stuffy. Any aviation lingo used, is broken down efficiently for the listener's understanding. If interested in this kind of stuff, you won't be disappointed with these guys.

Listen!

This is me telling others to check this podcast out! :-)

Interesting, informative... as they point out in the podcast...it it rarely just one thing that causes an accident.

Fascinating stories.

These two take a very scary and complicated subject and make it both entertaining and easy to understand.
