"I was in denial. I was in a lot of denial. So I spent a lot of time and years covering it up, trying to find my own solutions, trying to talk to doctors and physicians to say, hey, what else can I do?"

In this week’s episode of the CANCER TALK series, Kellie Rhymes, a certified transformational practitioner, shares her journey of overcoming hair loss and helping other women embrace their authentic selves. She experienced scarring alopecia, which caused her hair follicles to die and hair to never grow back. Initially in denial, she spent years covering up her hair loss with wigs and extensions.

Eventually, she decided to embrace her baldness and found freedom and confidence in doing so. This led her to start a coaching program to support women with hair loss and help them build their confidence and authenticity.

In this conversation, Julie and Kellie discuss the importance of inner work for personal transformation. They share their own experiences and practices for self-healing and personal growth. They emphasize the power of gratitude, setting intentions, and finding signs and symbols in everyday life.
