We will see that we will face trials and tribulations, but James tells us how we are to respond in the midst of them. This once again will be a study that brings us to self-examination which I believe is so important in our daily walk.

Ruth 3 teaches us about His timing and not ours.

We are going to see what the armor actually is and how each piece is essential.

We will be looking at the life of Abraham and the his "Journey Of Faith".

Ruth gave up her entire identity to follow Ruth. She left her heritage, her people and their customs. She at this moment converted to Judaism. This is a picture of what becoming a Christian is all about. Turning from the old man to the new. It’s what the apostle Paul wrote about in Philippians 3: 5-8

After Paul lays out these foundational truths of loving and submitting to God and then to one another, he goes deeper by showing us where the true war is being fought.

In todays study, we will pick back up at Ephesians 5:17 bringing context to our study. We will be looking at what submitting to one another in Christ means and how it applies in relationships with one another.

These were real people, living real lives who had to go through these things to get to where God wanted him to be and because of their faithfulness God richly rewarded them.
