Steve Del Gardo found this to be true when he was diagnosed with Cancer and was told if he would have waited another month to see the Doctor, he would have been told to get his life in order. From that day on, he knew that he had to start living the life meant for him. Fast forward 12 years later, Steve beat cancer and is now living his dream of being the Cannoli Guy for Del Gardo's. Steve wants people to feel good about life, enjoy the small things, eat cannoli, drink wine and be merry with friends and family. He gets to live his dream every day and wants to share it with the world!

With nine years of experience in the hospital setting, Emily spent six years as a bedside nurse on both the medical stepdown and medical ICU units, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of patient care.
