On this episode, we pick up the USWA discussion where we left off at the end of 1990, Doug & Tommy spent most of 1991 in other places so we touch on a few interesting subjects from '91 like working with Eric Embry & Chris Candido, and then we move into 1992! A lot of fun stuff to cover in the USWA in 1992 involving the Gilberts and Tommy Rich including Doug wrestling against Tommy one on one, Doug & Eddie feuding with the Rock & Roll Express, Tommy coming in as a babyface but eventually turning on Bill Dundee and rejoining the "Memphis Mafia". In 1989, Eddie Gilbert was invited to return NWA/WCW to assist with the booking which also lead to Doug and Tommy Rich returning as well. A lot of interesting things went on throughout the year including: Eddie feuding with Ric Flair & Barry Windham leading to the return of Ricky Steamboat, Tommy wrestling Terry Funk in Amarillo and feuding with Lex Luger over the United States Championship, Doug wrestling Shane Douglas, Lance Russell leaving Memphis and signing with the NWA, the Rich Cousins wrestle three lunatics, Captain Redneck teams with a patriotic breakdancer??, Eddie & Rick Steiner win U.S. tag team championship gold, and much, much more!
