Good content confusing endings

The content in each of these sleep chapters is good overall. The music in Some chapters is a bit loud to easily hear the words. The closing lines of some chapters can be distracting eg “it is my pleasure to guide you to sleep, see you tomorrow night.” These seem to make the meditation about the narrator, rather than the listener. The usual meditation closing “namaste” would suffice. I did find enough value in the content to make the effort to get past the closing lines.

A little slower would have been so wonderful

While the content and the way this sleep meditation, Still The Mind, is performed is just calming, the narration of Jade Alexis isn't. Almost when I was about to, sort of, drift into sleep land while listening to this audio book, Jade Alexis's voice suddenly woke me up and it was not exactly comforting as she was busy instructing so fast. Perhaps, had it been a little slower and calmer like a lot of other nice audible sleep audio books, it would have been ideal. I will probably reduce the play speed for other sleep episodes in this podcast and try them out.
