This is the concluding episode of Season 1 of Dr. Williams's Intuitive Wonderland Podcast. If you remember from the end of the last episode (Part 1) Leasa Arsenault did an aura scan for me and determined that I was a candidate for a Transpersonal Parts Therapy session with her. Leasa noted that my mental body was full of chaos and that was something that could be addressed in a therapeutic session.

The way that Leasa conducts Transpersonal Parts Therapy is by first addressing the physical body, then the mental body, and then the spiritual body and then she brings the three together after clearing out the messes. It was our intention to focus on my mental body but we had to go through the physical body first and once that door was opened, there turned out to be some things that needed addressing. We ended up spending the entire session focused on renewing the physical body. Some things came up that surprised me, including my views around my physical flaws, and my difficulty accepting change.

This week's episode of the Intuitive Wonderland comes from the heart of a special individual, Britton Hoffman. Britton is a psychotherapist by trade and education though her approach to helping others draws primarily from her intuitive guidance. What you are about to witness is a beautiful representation of where I would like to see the mental health field go.

I came into the recording with Britton with some anxiety associated with my work. She walks me through an exercise that pulls me out of my head and into my body where I can receive information from my own inner guidance. I encourage you to close your eyes and follow the steps she walks me through with focus on whatever you are wanting to improve in your own life.

Divine timing has been such a theme with the production of this podcast. It showed up again in this episode. The day I was editing this episode, was the day after my oldest son, Austin's first day of homework for the 2024 school year.
