Whether it is yours, or if it was given to you or if it something you believe from history. It needs a story to hold it together. When you realise that you don't have to hold onto beliefs and you start seeing where they came from, you can make a conscious choice to decide if you want to keep them, change them or let them go. This is Segment 3, The Story. .... When you receive enough information from a variety of sources, you realise how many perspectives there really is. How many have you seen and how many can you see truth in?
