  • EP 28 TIM V 10 REASON PEOPLE DONT LAST PT1
    Oct 12 2024

There are characteristic barriers that prevent leaders from finishing well. How many of these do you see in your own life?
    1. Lack of intimacy with God

    2. Emotional insecurity – not finding one’s sense of security, self-worth, and significance (identity) in Christ; resulting in emotional insecurity, people-pleasing, craving approval and recognition, “performance” orientation, and/or vulnerability to compromise

    3. Life mismanagement – lack of clear focus, not being led and empowered by the Spirit, poor time management, overworking, etc.; results in high-stress loads, strained relationships, and possible burnout

    4. Pride – the opposite of humility; thinking too highly (or lowly) of self; often manifests in an unwillingness to learn from others or to receive correction
