  • Sara Bussandri: Repurposing and Maximising Content.
    Feb 23 2021

Hey folks! Welcome back to another informative episode of How To Market Your Coworking Space: The Simple Way!

In this episode, our guest is from my Make Your Mark Content-UK Mafia, Sara Bussandri. She’s known to help podcasters and business owners with blogging but mainly for repurposing content. From video and audio to blog posts or blog posts, social media. She’s also the lovely lady behind Mind Your Mamma. A mindset and lifestyle support for mums who have a lot to juggle.

We will be talking about how repurposing your content can help you rank up in searches. And how to use it to generate more conversions towards your website.

    Podcast Highlights:

    • Once you’ve got your core ideas, your core messages, then you need to think of ways to kind of spread it out in different platforms, different mediums.
    • There’s different frequency, depending on the type of content. Use the same piece of content, but then you push it out in the following weeks as a blueprint in different mediums, for example. That’s where repurposing comes in handy.
    • Make it easier for them, make it make the content more accessible by turning your transcript into something that’s easily digestible.

  • Debbie Ekins: The Power of Content Marketing
    Feb 18 2021

Another episode of How To Market Your Coworking Space: The Simple Way is up! And I am genuinely excited for all of my guests, however I am a tad more excited for our guest today.

For this episode, we are having Debbie Ekins! She’s a known content writer. She’s one of the content writers out there that I love working with. We both follow The Big 5 and Marcus Sheridan’s The Ask, You Answer content marketing principle. And we’re going to be talking about the power of content marketing and how it can work wonders with your sales when you do it right.

    Podcast Highlights:

    • Your customers don’t always know what they need to know. Your job is to create content based on the questions that they ask, but also based on the things that are related to that will be important for their part. 16:11
    • SEO is a massive part of a content marketing strategy. And that’s something that you’re going to build if you create regular content. Creating contents is a much more sustainable investment to put your money in. And it’s also an asset, so you own it. So that blog or that video, or whatever it is, will be on your website forever, or for as long as you want to keep it there. 19:04
    • It’s important to remember that you need to think about the questions that your customers will be asking and not just what’s going to get the most traffic but what’s actually going to move them during the sales process. 21:56

  • Phil Szomszor: Giving LinkedIn A Go.
    Feb 16 2021

Hello and Welcome to another episode of How to Market your Coworking Space : The Simple Way! We’re bringing you another episode of tips on how to market our coworking space the simple way.

Here we are speaking to Phil Szomszor, co-founder of Brightside. He’s one of the experts on building audience engagement and profile building. His expertise includes the power of using social media to engage in marketing and building a connection through them. And we are going to be talking about how to use LinkedIn to reach out and build connections through the platform.

    Podcast Highlights:

    • LinkedIn is a social network for professionals. It is not set-up to just share content that other people have written. The platform is more keen on building conversations, connection and building a community. 2:43
    • Get over the confidence hurdle. If you’re a coworking space, and you want to build up a local community and tap into what’s going on there.12:50
    • Give LinkedIn a go. Have a think about, you know, how you can progress and try different formats and work on things like video and those other things. But don’t panic and think that you’ve got to do that straight away. Just sort of write a few posts and see what kind of reaction you think about what you want to write about. And just have a go. 19:53
