  • Tonight we welcome Lauren Davis to the show. Lauren is a 20 year old student at C.O.C.C., currently enrolled in the EMT & Fire Program. Lauren grew up in Portland Oregon and now resides in Central Oregon (Bend). Lauren shares with us her love for adventure and living in the moment. She also talks about her love of the outdoors, art, being present and she'll spit some wisdom. We also breifly touch on the mental health condition of anxiety and what it's like to battle those demons. Additionally we have a live music performance from Autzen Kannier, the family Yorkshire and we reach out to S.E. Texas for our weekely update from Kevin "PorkChop" Klutts. Great show, great guests.
