Yes, there's something about every one of our bodies we wish we could change, but while the world may judge our size or shape – and sometimes we are our own harshest critics -- it’s our job to remind ourselves that we are beautiful, blessed, and deserving of self-love.


    This week, I’m sharing my own postpartum recovery struggles and how I’ve navigated body changes, negative self-talk, and have learned to embrace this season of life (there is not much exercise happening for me these days). Plus, I talk about how Rent the Runway saved my sanity after my daughter was born, the power of body positivity for our kids, and why it’s time we all start being kinder to ourselves.
