  • For me, feeling healthy has never been an all or nothing situation... I completely believe it's possible to enjoy cheese & crackers whilst simultaneously feeling in the best shape of our lives. This means we adapt a generally healthy way of living and still fit in some of the stuff we love, without feeling like we are falling of some kind of health wagon.

    In this podcast we explore some of the ways we can examine the fluctuations in our own motivation and what we can do about them and how we can learn to stick with things even when we can't be arsed.
