    At 74 years old, David has switched careers several times before eventually becoming an integral breath therapy facilitator, where he teaches how to use one’s breath to access and release trauma in the body. Describing his experience with integral breathwork, a process involving controlled breathing, he teaches you to use it to improve your spiritual experiences and personal growth. David believes his purpose is to share his knowledge with others and help them along their journeys. David is also a yoga instructor and a master Qigong and Tai Chi certified teacher.

At 74 years old, he is now a master instructor in yoga, Qigong, and Tai Chi and a certified integral breath therapy facilitator and energy healer. His life story is a testament to resilience, perseverance, and the power of personal transformation.
