“Hope is being able to see that there is light, despite all the darkness.” Archbishop Desmond Tutu. In this world of war, cost of living and climate crises, political instability and a host of other challenges, where do we find hope? Pastor Jacqui invites us to reflect on what we’re hoping for this Christmas, how Jesus is the the foundation for our hope, and to engage in spiritual practices that feed our hope. We can fix our attention on Jesus, spend time in God’s word - whose promises give us the hope which anchors our souls - patiently trust in God’s plans that extend beyond our immediate experience, and share together how God is moving, and has worked in our lives.
