This realization prompts her to reconsider her daily video episode plan, as she acknowledges the additional work it requires.

Throughout the episode, Tiffany emphasizes the necessity of adjusting and adapting when things don't go as planned. She encourages her listeners to prioritize mental health and not push themselves beyond their limits. As a result, she announces her decision to transition to a weekly video episode, titled "Let There Be Light," while continuing with daily audio uploads.

Taking a break is crucial for Tiffany, and she plans to step away for some time to recharge. However, she leaves open the possibility of returning sooner if she feels energized to do so. In closing, Tiffany expresses her gratitude to God for the wisdom, creativity, and rest that He provides.
