MOST HAUNTED with Dr. Mark Farley

  • Summary

  • Adam Lemp began selling beer in St. Louis in 1840. Upon his death, his son William took
over in 1862, and made Lemp Beer a household name. But fortunes changed when his favorite
son and main heir, Frederick, died of illness. That started the Lemp downfall, with four more
suicides in the family, several deaths from cancer, and the Lemp Brewery failing during
    prohibition.
But the family mansion remains, as does many of the family spirits. Dr. Mark Farley, our
guest on Most Haunted for Friday, February 11th, is the founder of the St. Louis Paranormal
Research Society. His team aside from home and business investigations, also runs tours of the
famed Lemp Mansion, the Lemp Neighborhood, and parts of the haunted Lemp Brewery.
Additionally, St. Louis Paranormal Research Society also does tours of Onondaga Cave, the
Alton YWCA, and in October exclusively does tours of the Fabulous Fox Theater.
Join us as we discuss the life, death, and afterlife of the Lemp Family and the spirits that
    make St. Louis home.
