Are you struggling with negative thoughts and you are scared your manifestation will not come into fruition? Your Default Mode Network (DMN) is to blame. Becoming aware and having awareness of our thoughts, noticing when they come in and changing behavior patterns is key in manifesting. We ultimately can not control our primal brain's thoughts. It has been programmed to protect us and is fear based. I have come up with my own method on how to quiet down these thoughts, obsessions and ruminations. Manifesting should not be a struggle. It is full of joy. It will require a bit of insight, clarity and change of behavioral patterns to calm this part of your nervous system. We have to KNOW that this is our human self and is not part of our spirit nor our highest self. This DMN system is part of our human sack(our body). Receiving signs from the Universe comes in many forms. We can receive angel numbers such as 1111, 222, 1010, 555 and so on. What do these mean? Especially, what do they mean to you? Also, coins! Butterflies. Objects. Asking for signs. How do we know its a sign for us. There are many gurus out there that will tell you what each number means...but do they actually know the meaning? Did God come down and tell them what these numbers mean? It's what you make it mean. Over time, you will start to see a correlation with each number and it's meaning. Yes, you can also ask for specific confirmation signs.

Leading with our hearts instead of our hurt and pain we will be successful and fulfilled in our relationships.
