  • Trump’s Cuts Kill! + A Conversation With Tara Setmayer
    Mar 14 2025
Today on Mea Culpa, my friend Tara Setmayer is back. Tara is a prominent political commentator and the co-founder and CEO of The Seneca Project, a bipartisan super PAC led by women that uses rapid-response videos and impactful ads to inspire change through action. We break down the looming government shutdown and the devastating impact of Trump and Elon Musk’s extreme budget cuts, including mass firings at the VA, IRS, and other critical federal agencies. Tara exposes the GOP’s coordinated messaging strategy, the Democrats’ failure to counter it effectively, and the rising influence of Christian nationalism in Trump’s administration. • Hands Off Grandma’s Social Security + A Conversation With Joe Walsh
    Mar 10 2025
Today on Mea Culpa, I’m joined by my good friend Joe Walsh, former Republican Congressman, host of The Social Contract with Joe Walsh, and fierce Trump critic. We break down Trump’s chaotic economic policies, including his flip-flopping on tariffs, extreme government cuts, and the dangerous grip he has on the GOP. Joe and I discuss how Trump's mass layoffs at the VA and other federal agencies are devastating American workers and veterans, the GOP’s fear-driven politics, and the growing authoritarianism within the Republican Party. We also explore the lack of Democratic opposition and what needs to be done to push back against Trump’s reckless agenda. • Messaging Is Mightier Than the Sword + A Conversation With Ally Sammarco
    Mar 7 2025
Today on Mea Culpa, I’m joined by political strategist, consultant, and content creator Ally Sammarco to break down the latest chaos in Trump’s presidency following his joint address to Congress this week. With Gen Z increasingly influenced by right-wing propaganda, Ally lays out what Democrats must do to combat disinformation and engage younger voters before it’s too late. We discuss Trump’s recent policy changes, including tariffs and mass firings, and their impact on the economy. We also examine his ongoing war on transgender rights, attacks on diversity and inclusion initiatives, and the rise of misinformation fueling his base. All Americans need to hear this

Michael is a fantastic example of being human and making mistakes but owning them and dedicating himself not only to making up for his mistakes but to try and keep the country and possibly the world from making the same mistake. He is uniquely qualified to speak on the most pressing issues of our time and while he has a very specific stance on things it is from first hand experience and he is a truth teller. He also has brilliant guests that are experts that can speak to the issues at hand with competence in a way that is educational, entertaining and in plain English.. I have listened to every episode of Mea Culpa and read both of his books which I finished each in just a few days as I could not put them down. This podcast and political beat down are really essential for all Americans to have the facts regarding our future as a country.

TRUMF IS GOING DOWN!

I listen to Michael Cohen every chance I get. He is his former fixer and he worked for him for ten-plus years. I couldn't afford cable anymore so I don't get to listen to the news. I hope the Trumf followers get off his "D" now! I hope they see him for what he is. A true con man. Now the Trumpf kids found another source to suck blood from the RNC. LIKE MY DAUGHTER SAYS. MA, TRUMP AIN'T GETTING THAT JOB BACK!!

Good Information and I look forward to hearing more like this. Donald Trump is a disgusting POS and he will go to jail and we will not have to hear his lies any more.
