They discuss Sarah's research on representations of disability and how we can do more to understand the social challenges and lived experiences of being disabled. In the closing few minutes of the podcast, Sarah shares some advice for early career researchers whilst Darren reflects on the ethics of academic teamwork and leadership to support colleagues who are just starting out in academia.
