As New Roads turns ten years old this year, we will look at some of the cornerstones or foundational beliefs we have as a church and how they help form our vision, mission, and strategy. We are living through an intense time of political division. Politics and religion are often combined in unhelpful ways, but Jesus didn’t come to win a game of tug-of-war between kingdoms of this world. He came to establish a completely different kind of kingdom with a completely different set of values. In this series we explore the upside-down kingdom and seek to love unconditionally even when we disagree politically.
