We are talking all about the 2020 Christmas flick, Fatman with Mel Gibson playing a blue collar Santa Claus who has fallen on hard times with the factory and has to take on military operations to make up the funds. Then, when a naughty, entitled rich kid gets a lump of coal for Christmas, he hires Walton Goggins to assassinate Chris Cringle. This movie is filled with a ton of depth. Great action, solid drama, and comedy to top it all off. This to me is one of the greatest Christmas movies I have ever seen. Joining me on the discussion is my old pal, Josh Bullock. We talk all about the flick along with other Mel Gibson movies and tangents along the way. From a Wrong Turn/Hills Have Eyes town in California called Jupiter, to some VR movie watching experiences, when online gaming was the wild west of freedom of speech, and a whole lot more fun. We are talking all about the new Sonic The Hedgehog 3 movie in a post opening day review and discussion. We get to finally have an in person podcast after a good long while. But sadly our camera failed on us, so it's just an audio only one. We go into all the moments we enjoyed, the scenes that were total classics, along with the handful of goofy parts, and a bit of spoilers as well. Discussing it like we have all just seen the film. We also talk about classic Sonic video game moments and what magic Sega has. Even if sometimes it may go in an odd direction. But also how different generations of fans enjoy different Sonic games over the years.
