Our regeneration is facilitated by an incorruptible seed (sperm)—the Word of God. This Word is totally committed to guiding us through every step of this journey, and undeniably, its efficacy is eternally viable. Thus, instead of doubting the Word when we encounter difficult circumstances and moments that seem to refute its efficacy, we should rather examine ourselves. The variable is never the Word, but how we apply ourselves to it.

In this Holy Communion Service message, "The Journey of Transformation", Pastor Jeffrey Walter describes the potency of the Word of God. He explains how the incorruptible Word of God is able to deliver onto us, the inheritance that is purchased for us in Christ Jesus. This is the sure inheritance of every Christian and hence should be our primary pursuit, despite all odds. However, slothfulness (spiritual laziness), that is, the failure to first respond to the truth in the senses (external) or the unwillingness to do the most important thing at a given time, militates against this pursuit. How can a man overcome what holds him back, in order to eventually partake in the inheritance the Lord has destined him for?
