The Christian life is not attained instantaneously — it is a process of transformation, often described as a journey, walk, or pursuit. Without understanding this, we risk under utilising the divine resources made available to us by God for our salvation, and may never fully walk in what He has prepared for us.

As believers, we often view ourselves as God’s chosen people. Yet, we sometimes misunderstand what it truly means to be His chosen. How does one actually become God’s chosen? Is there anything inherent in a person that qualifies them for or disqualifies them from this identity? Many believers claim to know God, but what they often have is not an internal knowledge of Him—it is an external imagination of God projected onto their senses. This happens because they relate to the truth merely as information, rather than obeying it and cultivating a genuine love for it in their hearts.
