    "And more robust credentialing, including ethics training and knowledge of referral processes would help ensure that the clients they get the right kind of support which is tailored to their needs. So ultimately its all about ensuring that individuals seeking help they arent put at risk and that those stepping into these roles are properly equipped to guide people in a responsible and effective way.
