    Luis has been in business for 12 years in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He has a thriving dog walking business. Lately his clients have been using his pet service as more of a ‘ride share app” (using his services periodically instead of consistently) which has made planning very difficult because his clients aren’t being consistent and scheduling regular, ongoing service like they used to do. Many have also been requesting his service during his off hours (early in the morning and late at night) which is creating a lot of stress for him and his team. Getting over the Jump

Thank you for this podcast. It really opened my eyes to some of the things I need to do to take the next step. I'm currently on the road to bringing on an employee or two, and the problem I find myself having is Letting Go.
