    About Adrian

Adrian is a podcast coach and host, digital consultant, and mentor who has over the past decade has built a versatile skill set and a reputation in the UK Tech and Digital industry; including running startups, design and E-Commerce agencies and online academies, whilst being the forefront of commercial success at various companies. Within this time, I’ve spoken at and hosted various workshops and events in the UK and online, and have picked up notable plaudits and have privately consulted high-net worth individuals and even influencers affiliated with the Royal Family, on their personal digital strategy.

How Quit and Switch Came About

This podcast came about because since 2020, Adrian has been working and advising individuals who have been changing their careers, whether they did this voluntarily or were made redundant mainly through the pandemic. He also realised that throughout his professional life, he has constantly pivoted to different types of employment for various reasons.

In 2018, Adrian launched his own startup following leaving the EdTech abruptly, Go Psycle, the online platform that connects cyclists and matches them to cycle partners & unforgettable experiences. Adrian had a good waiting list and then shut the business down as he realised the magnitude of resources and time it would take to make the business successful, which was a little too overwhelming at the time.

In 2019, Adrian became self-employed working a short contract for Just Eat working as a Product Owner, he then went on to become Head of Growth and partnerships for UX Academy, an online UX Design training company and community, effectively running the business as a self-employed contractor.

In 2021, Adrian returned to normal employment, becoming the UK Sales Manager for a Data Privacy Software company called iubenda, originally from Italy.

Adrian's unique blend of experience led to many Linkedin messages and Zoom calls from around the world, from countries including South Africa, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ghana and more. His connections wanted advice and were seeking actionable insights and tips from my personal journey, that they could apply on their own in their own journey's.
