  • Welcome to our Podcast! We are 3 great friends who raised our families in the LEO lifestyle for over 20 years. Without realizing it, we ended up creating our own support system because the struggles of police families haven’t changed. We hope to bring those challenges to light by allowing our confidential guests to share what didn’t exist for us, a safe space to feel supported instead of alone. Our guests will openly share their journeys without identifying themselves, their first responder or agency. However, our guest today's personal addiction journey is actually very enlightening and inspiring. Jeff, a 22-year veteran law enforcement officer, will share his battle with addiction during his career, the impact it had on his family, and how he ultimately overcame it. His passion for sharing his story in the hopes that it will help others in this struggle, led to his the publishing of his first book, "Sober from Sin." It chronicles the source of his issues to include his career and childhood traumas, and the ugly side of his struggles.
