Fast forward to college, where I dove headfirst into fitness but found myself constantly battling this mysterious mix of back pain, super tight muscles, and flexibility issues that just wouldn’t quit. It wasn’t until my 40s that I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and began gathering resources to manage it. I’m eager the life hacks, mindset strategies, and wellness routines with you through the Rise Above Fibro podcast as we build a supportive community.
