  • In honor of Mother's Day, I'm sharing some of my stories about growing my career while having children. I've saved the rainbows and unicorns for another day. These are the tough parts that people don't often share. Even if you're not a mother, there are lessons in this episode for you.

     I also disclose some really heavy moments I've been experiencing as a mom of Black boys living in a country where Black boys and men  continue to be disproportionality the victims of police violence. 

    This episode if not for the faint of heart! If you think I'm going to tell you that being a working mom is easy, think again. What I can tell you is that for me, it's worth it! What I'll tell you is that I can do hard things and so can you. Enjoy the episode.  No Grit. No Pearl!
