• How Jesus Rightly Divided the Bible
    Nov 26 2024

In this study I will show you two examples of how Jesus rightly divided the word of truth, the Bible. In Luke chapter five, Jesus attended a banquet in His honor given by Levi (aka Matthew), a tax collector Jesus had just called to become His disciple and follow Him. There were many other tax collectors and friends of Levi attending the celebration including some scribes and Pharisees watching from a distance, always seeking to find fault and accuse Jesus and His newly called disciples. We pick up the narrative in Luke chapter 5 verse 36 as Jesus began to teach via two short, easily overlooked parables.

"And he spake also a parable unto them; No man putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with the old." - Luke 5:36 KJV

As with all parables, Jesus illustrated a deeper spiritual truth; in this instance using a clothing metaphor.

  • The Coming Tribulation; Duration, Severity, Purpose, and Timing
    Nov 26 2024

The concept of the last days Tribulation period stems from a literal interpretation of certain Bible passages, particularly in the books of Daniel, Matthew, Revelation, and other prophetic passages. The first mention of the last days Tribulation is found in the following verse:

"When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the LORD thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice; (For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them." - Deuteronomy 4:30–31 KJV.

That is also the first occurrence of the word “tribulation” in scripture. Notice that it refers to a specific time of trouble for Israel in the “latter days.”

  • "Grafting In" of Romans 11 Explained!
    Oct 8 2024

I continue to receive questions pertaining to the grafting of branches in Romans chapter 11. Many try to force application upon us, the church, the body of Christ, claiming that we are grafted into Israel, or that we are spiritual Israel, or that we, the church, have replaced Israel. However, none of those popular explanations are true. Remember, a text taken out of context, separated from its co-text, becomes a pretext: a falsehood designed to obscure the true meaning, to deceive others in support of a false doctrine. Many pastors and teachers do this because they have been deceived by false doctrines and traditions of men taught at Bible colleges and seminaries. Since many false doctrines permeate Christian theology, we must always be prepared to correct our thinking based upon the word of God. But that’s difficult because it’s much easier to deceive someone than to convince them that they have been deceived. Pride is a hindrance to acknowledging one’s deception.

  • The Three Eternal Destinies for Mankind
    Oct 8 2024

Every person, except Jesus, born from Adam to the end of the Millennial Reign of Christ will spend eternity in one of three everlasting realms:

    1) The earthly realm.
    2) The heavenly realm.
    3) The lake of fire.

Each of the three destinies has a clearly defined group that will inherit that realm and dwell therein for eternity. Let’s examine each of these three realms in detail. What saith the word?

  • Scripture Paradox - Acts 3:21 and Romans 16:25

Scripture Paradox – Acts 3:21 and Romans 16:25

Greetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter. Welcome to my video podcast, where I expose church fallacies and flawed Christian tradition with Bible truth. I let the Bible speak for itself. I want to thank all my supporters for your prayers and support. May the Lord richly bless you in all that you do!

The first passage was spoken by the apostle Peter at the Temple compound, the day following the feast of Pentecost, which was recorded in Acts chapter two. Peter addressed the Jews gathered at Solomon’s porch and spoke the following in Acts 3:20–21 KJV:

"And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began."

The second passage under consideration was recorded by the apostle Paul in his epistle to the believers at Rome:

Romans 16:25 KJV - "Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,"

  • The Church that Jesus Built! Matthew 16 Explained!
    May 28 2024

During His earthly ministry, Jesus promised that he would build a church, an assembly of believers. Many today believe Jesus was referring to us, we who are being saved during this present dispensation of grace. But is that true? Was Jesus referring to us, the church, the body of Christ, or did he have some other group in mind? Let’s begin our study in Matthew’s gospel.

    4. Gentiles – how are Gentiles saved during the Tribulation?

    a. Convert to Judaism

    b. Everlasting Gospel

    Greetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter.

Welcome to my video-podcast where I expose church fallacies and flawed Christian traditions with Bible truth. I let the Bible speak for itself. We all have family, friends, and acquaintances that are not saved and would not go up in the rapture. They would be left behind to endure the calamities of the Tribulation. It will be critical for them to know how to be saved during those horrendous 7 long years. That’s why I created this booklet. Give a copy of this post to all those in your circles of influence. Some may balk at first, but just tell them read it when the time is right. They will know when the right time comes.
