Gratitude...What's sad is that most people have no idea how to live in that space. There is nothing wrong with wanting more out of life. However, problems arise when the chase for more overshadows the appreciation for less. Some call it ambition. Others will say it is greed. No matter how great life is, we all hold on to the hope that it will get better. Understanding that life could always be worse no matter how difficult things may be, this is where true gratitude lies. Be grateful for life's triumphs and be even more grateful for the disappointments and failures for this is where the best life lessons are found. Happy Thanksgiving from Coach and Doc!
