It really helps to fall asleep!
I love SLEEP MAGIC.. it’s a vital part of my nightly bedtime ritual.
I’m menopausal, which disrupts my sleep and also suffered a severe trauma early in the year, so my sleep leans towards being very disregulated.
I found Sleep Magic out of desperation.. and was surprised how often it truly help me fall asleep and stay asleep.
Jessica is so relatable, funny and soothing. I really enjoy the variety of subjects, although I do typically fall asleep within about 10 minutes of listening. Even night when I think “ this isn’t going to work tonight” I usually wake up in the morning not remembering any of the podcast past “your eyes are so heavy”
Full disclosure, I started listening to podcasts a few years ago and quickly learned that I do best when I slow them down to .70 speed.
I listen to all podcasts this way.. and I love it. I have a premium membership to sleep magic but can’t adjust the speed in that platform so stick a my audible with full speed variability.. what a weirdo!!

My anxiety about sleep is gone!
I just want to say Jessica is amazing! I have anxiety and therefore I have insomnia and I have been falling asleep every night for 7 hours or more since I started listening to these episodes! Thank you!!

A must for someone with a busy mind
With a busy mind by nature, my sleep has been disrupted for the last 2yrs after surgery and major hormonal changes. Sleep Magic is my go to, to get back sleep every night. Every episode is personable, calming and my go to aid. Thank you.

Best way to fall asleep
I look forward to new episodes, but they are all so good I have no problem going back and re-listening to older episodes
Voice is perfect. It's soft and comforting, yet firm and guiding.
By far my favorite way to fall asleep. I've listened to dozens of other guided meditations/sleep hypnosis and not one is even close.

Very Helpful

ALL the stars!
This podcast is the thing I never knew I needed...until now. I have struggled with anxiety and restful sleep for two decades. It is an example of how judging a book (podcast) by its cover worked! I loved the picture so much I gave it a listen. I've listened to it most nights ever since and that was three months ago and I have NEVER made it to the end of an episode.
An added bonus is how much it has helped calm my mind when I am awake. I feel like I have better control of my emotions and find myself being able to pause before speaking. Which helps in my personal and professional life so thank you Jessica and team. Truly.

Jessica puts me to sleep within minutes!
I am so high strung and neurotic during the day running my own business and family. I juggle so much that it's hard to relax my mind enough to fall asleep or stay asleep. Jessica's podcasts help me fall asleep quickly and also help me find my way back to sleep when I awake in the middle of the night and my brain wants to solve the worlds problems haha thank you! please keep doing these podcasts!
