On this first episode of 2025, I speak about where I've been since the last episode on 14 March 2023, why the break in episodes was so extended and the humongous changes my life endured in 2024.

What better way to say hello again than a new podcast. Money and chicken wings are probably better but outside of those...this is right there.

In our Development pot, we discuss what it means to invest in people from an emotional/support standpoint and what it looks and feels like when that investment pay off in the future.Lastly, we discuss self confidence and self worth, particularly how does someone who is having a low point in both, understand what they're suffering from. And by someone i mean myself.
