  • Stuck in a brain fog???

  • Your Attitude Affects Their Attitude

    I had a customer experience experience today. I was the custdomer. It wasn't terrible service, or really even bad. But it could have been a lot better.

    How I dealt with a situation where i could see the employee trying to help me was frustrated probably helped us both have a better day, and I'm guessing, probably the next customer he helped as well.

    Your attitude affects there attitude.

Did you complete your tasks... some of them... totally blew it? Take stock on how you did and then GO HOME... go out to eat... whatever, but close the door.
