• B&G Ep. 036 “To Wub or Not To Wub” feat. BADTRIP?
    Oct 14 2024

To Wub or Not to Wub? That is tonight's question! And if its BADTRIP playing, the answer is a resounding "hell yeah." Joining us all the way from Arlington by way of the train (what is this 1890?) these two young gentlemen absolutely brought the NOISE in a way no one has on the Biscuits and Gravy stage before.

Now you may think that Electronic Dance Music just "isn't your thing." It's okay. I too was once a curmudgeon who didn't allow myself to like things. This music demands to be heard and demands to felt, but it was our distinct pleasure to get to groove to it, and then to chat about it. The B&G way. Now its our pleasure to bring it to you, dear viewers.

The heat is unreleased, there's a secret performance from one of our own, and Ron gets his punches in. HOW COULD YOU NOT WATCH?

  • B&G Ep. 035 "It All Adds Up" feat. Anthone Ray
    Oct 7 2024

It's your favorite time of the week again! Biscuits and Gravy, the lifeblood of Roanoke music and the heartbeat of the valley, has returned with another episode that makes WDBJ look like a middle school civics project. Lynchburg's own Anthone Ray made the drive out to Klean Studios to do the darn thing, and do it he did, leaving us with a tremendous episode and a lot to think about.

3 great performances and even a trip through the Gauntlet, this episode doesn't let up for a second. This man's music may sound familiar, with placements like Netflix, VH1, and even Fortnite under his belt, he's not new to making catchy music that get's people excited. And we couldn't be more excited to bring you some electric music and plenty of that B&G chat you know and love.

So don't be a square, check out the episode and tell us what you think. Drop us a like and a RESPECTFUL comment. (We only accept hate by mail).

  • B&G Ep. 034 "*Redacted*" feat. Just Some Random Dude
    Sep 30 2024

This Week on the Indomitable Biscuits and Gravy...

The masked vigilante of Roanoke Rap, Just Some Random Dude, joins us in the studio bringing his high energy performance style down to #kleanstudios and dropping some of the hardest bars we've heard on the show yet. You may not be able to see his face, but you can feel the music, and it absolutely does not disappoint.

Now we have to go ahead and say up front, a bottle of Bacardi makes a guest appearance so don't hold anything Breeze says against him.

JSRD brought the bars, a lil country twang, and he even picked up the Gauntlet like so many rappers before him. Just don't ask us his government name because we have absolutely no idea. This is another one you just don't want to miss.

  • B&G Ep. 032 Season 2 Finale "Just a Lil Push" feat. ProdbyZoom, Heroux, NateG, DrewFamous, and 808Ray
    Jun 24 2024

Welcome my friends, for the last time this season, to the one and only Biscuits and Gravy. Boy has it been a fun couple months.

We've had a number of guests and talents stop by the now infamous Klean Studios. We've kept Klean's parents up into the late hours entertaining acts from all over the valley. We are eternally grateful for everyone that came out to take part. After a season like that, we were hard pressed to put together a Finale that would end our extraordinary second season with a bang. B&G Fans it is my distinct pleasure to say that we have delivered.

With music from ProdbyZoom, a producer turned performer and Heroux, a music mogul in the making, this episode is not lacking in energy. You wanted sexy drill? We brought you sexy drill.

On the couch we're joined by our performers as well as Roanoke staples producer NateG, rapper DrewFamous and the two-time Grammy Award Winning producer 808Ray. I told you, we delivered.

Come for the music (some unreleased) and stay for the chat. I promise, you'll enjoy every minute. And we won't keep you waiting too long... Season 3 will be on its way very soon.

As always huge thanks to our friends at King Screen for their partnership!

  • B&G Ep. 031 "Trapped in a Gravy Dimension" feat. EWill and Eugene Woodz
    Jun 17 2024

What happens when an immovable object meets and unstoppable force? A singularity? A world-ending explosion? Fortunately for us dear music fans, neither. This week on B&G two of the biggest forces in Roanoke Hip Hop come together for one unmissable episode, and the result is nothing short of a musical supernova.

That's right, two previous guests Big Woodz himself and the always electric EWill found their way back down to Klean Studios to run it back. This time promoting their upcoming joint album (and blessing us with some unreleased heat) and I'm proud to say this weeks episode delivers like so many have before. Great music, great chat, and a big surprise on this weeks trip through the gauntlet.

I want to thank our good friends at King Screen for their partnership and encourage you all to dip your toe into the pool that is Roanoke Music, I promise you won't be disappointed.
