  • Summary

  • What's up sister friend? I don't know about you, but I am tired of the "fake it until you make it" mantra that we are fed when we are thrown into adulting as young women...especially as young Christian women. Are you searching for healing in your life after constantly feeding all your insecurities, fears & doubts for far too long? Have you gone through something dark or hard recently or in your past that keeps the guilt, shame & negative self talk loud and in control? Can you feel your soul crying, but your every day life just goes on? Don't worry, I too have been there. But I want you know that you can feel whole again! I believe it all starts with refueling yourself from the inside out. Welcome to FUELher! Where I take you on a journey of refueling your mind through personal development and mindset work. Refueling your body through wellness, physical activity, and food. Refueling your spirit with scripture, prayer, and meditation. And finally refueling your external environments, your connections, your relationships, creating boundaries in your life and so much more. Each episode will be like taking a road trip with your bestie & talking about the parts of life you can't talk about with anyone else. There will be insanely inspiring guests sharing their stories on some trips, but each one will be packed with heat & tangible things YOU CAN DO to put the FUEL back into your heart and dreams. You don't have to stay in the dark anymore girlfriend. It's time for you to emerge and shine your light. It's time for you to become FUELED.

  • EP 35 // / Another MLM Bites the Dust! BODi Goes Affiliate; 5 Things I Would Do Before Pivoting or Feeling Stuck
    Oct 18 2024

I left Beachbody, or now known as BODi, in the beginning of 2021. I pivoted to another network marketing company with an updated compensation plan, but the brutal realization I had in 2019/2020 would never change. That the bottom line was I didn't own that business or that income. Oof. Ultimately, that's what is leading me to carve my own path and I am grateful for my experience. Grab a pen and paper so you can write the journal prompts down. Let's jump into today's episode!

  • SZN 2 // The FUELher Podcast is Back + Better than Ever
    Apr 11 2024

Welcome to season 2 of The FUELher Podcast - host Ashley Allen shares a little bit about why she took a step back in 2021 & what the goal is with the podcast going forward! Inviting the modern day, ambitious Christian woman to get to know Jesus through all of her seasons of life, business and relationships.

God put this message/community/business on my heart in 2020 for a purpose, and He's made it clear to me that it was time to get behind the mic again because there were women out there that needed His light. Say less Sir! Buckle up girly, we are learning, growing, loving, serving, giving, creating, planting, and harvesting together! Don't forget: you are the light! you are the salt! Shine bright and give flavor.

Ageless wisdom

I just discovered this podcast and connected with Ashley in a deep way despite a decade age difference. The stories she brings to each discussion is raw and relatable, regardless of age difference. Her transparency of what it's like to be human and still have hope is refreshing. I've binged most of S1 on my commute to work. I noticed a wide gap in between S1 & S2. And I jumped ahead to the only S2 episode released in April 2024. My heart is with you Ashley. We all go through valley seasons. The victory comes in getting back up and continue sharing our stories. In sharing what you are going through, it lifts the weight of your circumstances off of your shoulder and lays it at the feet of Jesus. You're not alone. So many women habe been encouraged by your stories and I hope there will be more to come. Thank you for sharing a piece of your soul with the world!
