Rayo Cole is a walking and talking dynamo who loves God and giving her unconditional support to everyone who crosses her path.  Her love for God was developed at an early age while attending Catholic School.  A negative experience of being bullied at school turned into a life transformation as she found the courage to laugh it off and rely on her faith.

A couple of my projects included bringing TGI Fridays restaurants to Northern Europe, placing family wines into Costco, and designing my own scarves for a sellout response in 48 hours at Nordstrom stores. It is a matter of amplifying your uniqueness and maintaining flexibility to close that deal.

Justin and his wife, Lilia, run a very successful real estate firm, the Arnest Real Estate Group, AG in Northern California.

Justin laughs as he thinks about his previous five careers from being a construction/heavy equipment operator, civil engineer college student, cross fit owner, and law enforcement officer.

He decided to give real estate ago five and half years ago, and within the first year closed over twenty-eight deals.  Today he has a ten-member team and expects to close sixty transactions. Justin is the leading top producer with sales consistently ranking in the top one percent nationwide.

Justin believes that inspiration is the key rocket fuel combined with discipline are the major components to moving the real estate train along.
