  • We begin 2025 with a show on back and neck pain, arthritis, and athletes of all ages. We are talking today about the snow and ice that has plagued many of us and kept many at home today. The first big snowfall brings a lot of back injuries, hip injuries, knee injuries and neck injuries. We will go in-depth with Dr Lehman about my recent whole-body MRI and why he wants a more in-depth study on the lumbar area. We are going to talk about bulging and herniated discs and some breakthrough treatments for those discs that has not been discussed in the media before!
