Peaceful Meditation

I listened to yhe Georgina Canon episode and learned that some things can be healed even though one seems out of control of them.

Georgina's story about curing her migraine was astounding and impactful.

I will try to do more of this kind of work in my life, both waking reality and bedtime reality.
