    I’m your host, Ashley Strong Smith. In this lifetime, I’ve been honored to continuously live a life that is far beyond my dreams. Taking incremental intentional action every single day, that has compounded to major change and transformation.


    Each week, I share tangible tools, tips and resources to invite into your own life. Alongside meeting + getting a peek inside some of the most inspiring women intentionally living their truths!


    I truly believe that we are capable of bringing any dream into reality, of blooming the most vibrant lotus flower from trudging through thick mud, of honoring our deepest truth and being in full expression in this human experience as after all, we are limitless!

    About Andrea :
    Andrea is a body-centered practitioner and instructor with unique 20+ year global mosaic of study and practice in the healing arts.

    Andrea uses several energy modalities, bodywork techniques, and an eclectic array of therapeutic body/mind tools to bring about balance and lasting change.

    Andrea uses these skills with humor and compassion to influence her bodywork, phrases, and timing. You will notice subtle or dramatic shifts in a way that allows your nervous system to rebalance and reset, releasing trauma patterns and allowing you to become more in touch with yourself and your ability to bring about balance in your life and body. She teaches the art of being present to empower you to create ease and joy in everyday living.

    From the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual, Andrea utilizes deep listening skills with her hands, heart, and ears to read and interpret body language and verbal cues as well as your energy/auric field to recognize trauma patterns and physical imbalances that affect your health and well-being.

    While Andrea’s credentials include practicing and teaching several types of massage, her work goes much deeper on all levels – emotional, physical, spiritual, and psychological and can be conducted with clothes on. The session starts with a conversation to get to the heart of the cause of the imbalance instead of focusing on the symptom. The therapeutic dialogue continues on the table as you experience the opening of energetic pathways that allow the body and mind to heal, as well as tools such as dietary suggestions, exercise protocols, and other tools to empower you to take charge of your life and body.

          • What can be outsourced? Delegated? And let's be honest, removed?
          • How am I going to hold myself accountable?
          • How is accomplishing this going to set me up for being + ending the year in the most supportive, aligned + intentional way?
    • What is the being that you want to feel?
