Senior pastor Stephen Chandler unpacks his transformative "Relationship Roadmap" approach, challenging our modern dating culture with refreshing honesty. Stephen shares why intentionality is the missing ingredient in most failed relationships. Through vulnerable stories of his own marriage journey — from being the broke pastor who married a financially stable nurse, to learning the hard way about how his achievement-driven mindset nearly damaged his marriage — Stephen reveals why the two decisions that will define your life are what you do with God and who you choose to spend your life with. This eye-opening conversation delivers practical wisdom for anyone seeking to build a relationship that doesn't just survive but becomes the foundation for true greatness in every area of life.Order Stephen’s book Relationship Road Map: Step-by-Step Directions to Finding Your SpouseOrder Stephen’s book Stop Waiting for Permission: Harness Your Gifts, Find Your Purpose, and Unleash Your Personal GeniusStephen on InstagramStephen on XStephen on FacebookStephen on YouTubeStephen’s websiteIn this episode you will learn:Why dating without marriage as your destination creates detours that delay your path to greatness and damages your heart along the wayHow physical intimacy clouds judgment and prevents you from recognizing relationship red flags before it's too lateThe critical difference between yellow and red flags in dating, and why your trusted community's opinion of your partner matters more than your ownWhy money problems aren't necessarily relationship dealbreakers, but a partner's unwillingness to grow absolutely isHow to create the proper balance between pursuing ambitious goals and making meaningful memories in your relationshipFor more information go to https://www.lewishowes.com/1756For more Greatness text PODCAST to +1 (614) 350-3960More SOG episodes we think you’ll love:Pastor Sarah Jakes Roberts – greatness.lnk.to/1606SCPastor Michael Todd – greatness.lnk.to/1508SCJillian Turecki – greatness.lnk.to/1740SC Get more from Lewis! • Master Hypnotist Reveals The Manifestation Formula That’s MORE Powerful Than The Law of Attraction | Jim Curtis
    Apr 7 2025
Get my New York Times Bestselling book, Make Money Easy!I was captivated by Jim Curtis's profound insight that most of our limitations are self-created "mind traps" we fall into without realizing it. As a master hypnotherapist who overcame decades of debilitating nerve pain, Jim shared how our negativity bias, confirmation bias, and the "backfire effect" keep us stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. The conversation revealed how Jim's own healing journey took him from a wheelchair to wholeness by shifting his focus from what was broken to what was possible. What struck me most was his practical demonstration of self-hypnosis that anyone can use to quiet the critical mind and reconnect with their true "I am" state. This episode offers transformative wisdom for anyone struggling with physical pain, emotional blocks, or limiting beliefs about their worthiness.Jim’s InstagramJim’s TikTokJim’s LinkedInSign up for The Magnetic Reality MethodGet Jim’s new book, ShiftWatch Jim’s TEDx TalkGet Jim’s book, The Stimulati Experience: 9 Skills for Getting Past Pain, Setbacks, and Trauma to Ignite Health and HappinessIn this episode you will learn:The four mind traps that keep people stuck in patterns of sufferingHow to use self-hypnosis techniques to bypass your critical mind and reprogram your subconscious in just one minute per dayWhy the Law of Assumption (what you assume to be true about yourself) is more powerful than the Law of AttractionThe difference between directive statements and questions, and why questions like "I wonder if you realize how amazing..." are more effective communication toolsFour signs you're living in a high vibrational stateFor more information go to https://www.lewishowes.com/1755For more Greatness text PODCAST to +1 (614) 350-3960More SOG episodes we think you’ll love:Dr. Joe Dispenza – greatness.lnk.to/1702SCDanny Morel – greatness.lnk.to/1734SCGregg Braden – greatness.lnk.to/1726SC Get more from Lewis! • How To Awaken Your Brain To Heal Yourself
    Apr 4 2025

Get my New York Times Bestselling book, Make Money Easy!

The awakened brain's extraordinary power to transform our mental health lies at the intersection of spirituality and neuroscience. This episode proves that. Dr. Lisa Miller reveals it through groundbreaking research showing spiritual connection physically alters brain function. We also explore how our brains are literally built with neural networks designed to perceive transcendent love, receive divine guidance, and experience oneness. Capabilities that, when activated, reduce cortisol, mitigate depression, and shield against addiction and suicide. Dr. Rangan Chatterjee shares how learning to manage our stress response through simple practices like mindful breathing and releasing the need to always be right creates lasting inner peace. And, neurosurgeon Dr. Rahul Jandial offers a fascinating perspective on why we must dream, explaining that our brains cycle between waking and dreaming states as a form of "high-intensity training" essential for maintaining mental flexibility. These three expert conversations help uncover how spiritual practice, stress management, and proper sleep create the foundation for profound mental wellness and personal transformation.

In this episode you will learn:

    • The three key networks of an awakened brain that make us feel loved, guided, and connected to something greater
    • Why spirituality provides 80% protection against suicide and more protection against depression and addiction than medication alone
    • How to nurture your child's natural spiritual awareness without needing to have all the answers yourself
    • The powerful "3 Fs" technique to break free from emotional eating and manage stress in healthy ways
    • Why breathing patterns directly signal your brain about danger or safety, and simple breath work to reset your nervous system
    • The surprising science of why humans must dream and how dreams serve as essential "training" for the brain

MY ALL TIME FAVORITE PODCAST

Lewis is an incredible speaker, a great host, an exceptional listener, and he is extremely knowledgeable! He does a phenomenal job at delivering a message, all while keeping the listener engaged. He keeps every episode interesting and informative. Lewis does a superb job at selecting his topics and his guests. You can tell he prepares for each episode and he is fully present with his guests. One of my favorite response from Lewis is when he says, “so what I am hearing you say is...”, and he will repeat how he understood how is guest explained something, this shows just how engaged he is. I have tried to carry this on into my own conversations. I have learned a ton from School of Greatness and continue to learn as I try to listen to him every day! I absolutely recommend this podcast to any and everyone!

The "School of Greatness" is perfectly titled

Lewis provides insightful interviews with fascinating guests and brilliant questions (and vice-versa). Amazing content. I used to see the length first and think, "There is no way I will listen to the whole thing." I know better now! Time flies while listening to Lewis' podcasts.
