At at time on the planet when looking youthful and finding ways to live longer dominate our news and culture an entire part of our population is not being honored for the life that have led and what they contributed over their lifetime. We tend to compare how we are aging to what we see in the news and to others who we know.

The truth is we all have our natural cycle of life and aging is a part of life as we are Nature and everything in Nature grows old and dies. How do we follow our own internal cycle of aging and find ways to make this time of life meaningful and joyful instead of something to deny?

Helpful, Positive Advice for Today's Insanity

I love these reflections on how to help heal the world by focusing on our local communities. Zooming out too far and being consumed by what's happening on a worldwide scale is overwhelming and tends to paralyze rather than motivate us. This podcast was a good reminder to do what we can where we can.

Reliable, Relevant and Useful Spiritual Guidance

I have been listening to these conversations weekly through the toughest last two years of my life. Even though I have no shamanic training, I can easily see the connections they make between me and nature, the spirit, and relationships. Highly recommend.

thank you Sandra and René

I think it would be better weekly instead of bi-weekly. (I understand scheduling conflicts), but I like the podcast overall. Very much!
