Drunk Belligerent Man Arrested After Police Confrontation!

On April 6th, 2023, officers in New Mexico responded to a call about a man, identified as Mark Anthony, who had been making threats. Following the call, officers located Anthony, who was intoxicated and disorderly, informing him that he was being arrested for his unruly behavior. While the officers were reading out his Miranda rights, Anthony consistently disrupted the process. He confessed to being heavily under the influence of alcohol, a fact that was corroborated by the overpowering scent of alcohol on him. Further substantiating evidence came from a partially consumed liquor bottle found in his gray GMC pickup truck. Anthony was placed in handcuffs from behind. He was then led to the police car and secured in the back seat. Despite repeated attempts by the officer, Anthony declined to disclose his full name or consent to a mouth check, which would initiate a twenty-minute deprivation period. Following this, he was taken to the Artesia detention facility for processing. On reaching the jail, Anthony's non-compliance continued. He decided to sit on the floor and resist moving, even with assistance. The New Mexico implied consent was read to him, but he refused a breathalyzer test. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Neglient Use of a Deadly Weapon, and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.

Resisting Arrest: Exposes Man With Fake SSN & Collection of Illegal Possessions!

On the 13th of February, 2023, while on patrol along Cornell Rd and Reed Hartman Highway, the detectives in Ohio noticed a red Subaru being driven by a male with an accompanying female passenger. They had just picked up another male from Birch Hill Suites, and the car was speeding. Consequently, a traffic stop was initiated by an officer who approached the speeding vehicle. The individual seated at the back, identified as Raymond Tamboer, was acting suspiciously, with his hands raised in the air, each holding a drink. Despite providing a counterfeit social security number, and continuously shifting in his seat, an officer ran a background check on all the car's occupants. This revealed that Tamboer had felony warrants and a record of violence. Due to the suspicious activities and false identity, officers requested Tamboer to step out of the car, but he resisted. Backup was requested, and eventually, the officers were able to extract Tamboer from the car and restrain him on the ground and handcuff him. The other two occupants were also taken into custody. The front passenger claimed they were merely helping Tamboer, a friend, with car issues, while the driver refuted any claims of speeding. Both occupants granted permission for a vehicle search.

Epic Meltdown: Entitled Drama Queen’s Steals Car Keys Ends Up Arrested!

On June 4th, 2023, officers in Ohio responded to a call about a woman attacking an elderly resident at an apartment building. Dispatch gave officers the woman’s description as they dispatched to the location. Upon arriving at the apartment building, an officer began looking for the woman when he noticed an older man in a wheelchair nearby on the road. While there, the officer spotted a woman who matched the description running from the apartment building. The woman ran towards a parked Chevy Camaro before jumping into the driver's window. The officer approached the suspect and her husband, who had come to the parked car. The officer informed them about the call he had received. The suspect was agitated with the officer and was unwilling to listen to the officer. The suspect continued her disorderly behavior despite the officer asking multiple for her to stop. Another officer arrived to speak with the suspect, while the responding officer asked the husband what had happened. The husband told the officer they had gone to visit his father and had all been out and had drinks, but when they returned, the suspect became angry and upset over an unknown issue but clarified she did not attack his father. The suspect's father-in-law also told officers that no one assaulted him. The husband was allowed to leave with a sober driver but also informed the officer his wife had his car keys. After being arrested, the suspect continued arguing with officers in the patrol car. The husband’s car keys were found hidden on the suspect. The suspect was taken to jail and charged with Aggravated Disorderly Conduct.

How Driving Drunk And Flipping Off Cop Backfires for this Florida Mom!

On March 16th, 2024, officers in Florida encountered a dangerous situation involving a speeding vehicle. The vehicle, identified as silver in color, was observed deviating from the roadway and entering the grass multiple times, displaying erratic driving behavior. Upon noticing law enforcement, the driver exhibited further defiance by flashing her middle finger at the pursuing officer through her rearview mirror and accelerating dangerously close to wildlife and into a residential area. The vehicle ultimately stopped abruptly in a grassy area after a high-speed pursuit. The situation escalated when the driver exited her vehicle aggressively and approached law enforcement while yelling and expressing hostility. Despite repeated commands to maintain a distance and comply, the driver challenged the officer with verbal provocations, including inciting the officer to use force against her. After several commands, the driver was eventually subdued and handcuffed, although she continued to resist by not fully cooperating with the officer's instructions to enter the patrol car. The incident also involved another individual from a nearby residence who became confrontational and obstructed the process, resulting in temporary detention. Throughout the arrest and transportation to the detention facility, the driver's behavior continued to be combative and verbally abusive. The suspect was charged with Resisting an Officer Without Violence and Fleeing or Attempting To Elude a Law Enforcement Officer.

On June 26, 2022, around 11:19 PM, Officer Christopher Brown in Oklahoma, responded to a dispute between two women at Walmart. Upon arrival, the officer found two females arguing. While trying to handle the situation, one woman, Annabelle Albertson, refused to cooperate and was subsequently arrested. The other, Hali Lanke, was also detained for public intoxication. Despite being handcuffed, Albertson managed to free one of her hands, leading to an altercation as officers tried to restrain her. Amidst the chaos, Lanke attempted to escape the patrol car but was unsuccessful. Both women, under the legal drinking age of 21, had Bud Light Seltzer beers in their possession. Lanke's vehicle was found unregistered and unsecured and thus impounded. Both Albertson and Lanke were transported to the Detention Center and charged with public intoxication, possession of low-point beer as minors, and resisting a police officer
