By: Krishnamurti Foundation Trust
  • Summary

  • What are you doing with your life? Can anyone show you the way, or must you be a light to yourself? Do we see the urgency of change? One of the greatest spiritual teachers and philosophers of all time, J. Krishnamurti challenges us to question all that we know and discover our true nature in the here and now. This official podcast from Krishnamurti Foundation Trust now has over 250 episodes. Episodes 1-50 feature conversations between Krishnamurti and luminaries from many paths, along with readings of the classic book Commentaries on Living by actor Terence Stamp. Episode 51 onwards features carefully chosen extracts based on a theme explored by Krishnamurti. The extracts from our archives have been carefully selected to represent his different approaches to each of these universal and timelessly relevant themes. Get in touch at podcast@kfoundation.org. Well curated excerpts on specific themes

One can't get enough Krishnamurti - especially these recordings. You can feel his urgency to share his wisdom, and his sincerity. I've been listening to him and reading transcripts of his lectures for over 30 years. The more I listen the more deeply I understand and internalize his direct message. This podcast is a very generous project (available free of charge) that distills and preserves his contribution to the world for generations to come.

A workout for the mind

I absolutely love this podcast and K's ruminations and questions. It's not something I can just turn on to relax or casually listen to. K challenges us to challenge ourselves when listening and it's a workout. I have to be in a specific frame of mind to go into what he's talking on to get the most out of it. These talks certainly have and continue to revolutionize my way of living.
