  • Planting Seeds for the Next Generation 🎙️ Episode 5
    Apr 6 2025

A few weeks ago in Episode 3, we explored the most common regrets people have at the end of their lives—so we can live more intentionally and avoid those same heartaches.

One regret that really stuck with me was:

“I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.”

As life gets busy, it’s easy to let meaningful connections fade. But in the end, it’s the love, laughter, and companionship that bring the deepest joy.

This week, I’m absolutely over the moon—because I’m currently staying with my best friend from high school and his beautiful family in Melbourne, Australia. We’re spending a few weeks reconnecting before I head north to travel with my amazing mum. It’s a timely reminder of how precious friendship really is.

✨ In last week’s episode, we spoke with three phenomenal guests about living a life of purpose.

This week? I’ve got a special surprise—for you and for me!

🎉Instead of doing the show I was planning for this week, the spontaneous joy-filled conversation that I have with Joseph 8 years old, and his little brother Oscar 5, has awoken a desire to start a channel dedicated to children, educational entertainment about Waste Management, protecting our environment and keeping our planet clean.

So, what do you say we create a podcast channel just for kids?

A space to inspire and empower the next generation of environmental stewards.

I’d love your feedback on this—should we launch a Wasteless Kids podcast?

Even better—if you’ve got little ones, have them listen and let me know what they think!

👧🌱 Imagine a show filled with fun interviews, young eco-champions, and simple messages to help children fall in love with protecting the planet. The seeds of change start young!

Next week, we’re back to shine the light on our amazing volunteers and Wasteless Warriors—the heartbeat of our movement. These are the everyday heroes helping us create real change for our communities and the environment.

A huge shoutout to our incredible Patreon Supporters—you are the oxygen that keeps this fire burning. 🔥
