    On this episode of Wife of Crime, I'm telling Russ about a Baltimore serial killer I'm sure no one has heard of! I know this story because I know the arresting officer on the case. Ray was my grandmother's boyfriend he was a police officer for 47 years. He had some crazy stories but he told me that arresting Reginald Oates was by far the craziest one. Even after 56 years he ever forgot that day. Ray suddenly passed away 2 weeks ago, I am still so sad about this but I wanted to dedicate this episode to him and I hope he is smiling up there when he hears it. Moral of this story... You make all the emotions come out

I found this podcast by accident earlier this year (2022)and I have been hooked ever since! I was drawn in by Russ’ NY accent and stayed for the stories and the banter. Russ and Jess make these stories come alive and make me feel sad, horrified, scared and angry-all the feelings! I now quote Russ -“stay fit, stay alive!” and my personal favorite “too fat to kidnap!” Thanks for bringing light to these cases and thanks for showing me not everything has a horrible ending with your segment “not me! Not today!” Keep it up! ♥️

I love it! love them! keep the stories coming!

Russ and Jess are just so likable. I love listening to their banter and stories. I tell everyone who loves true crime about this show and Im so glad they are back! even though Russ isn't religious, I've got him in my prayers.
