Alex Ryan is a pseudonym for co-authors Brian Andrews and Jeffery Wilson. Both men are veterans of the US Navy: Andrews served as an officer aboard a nuclear submarine and Wilson was a combat surgeon on multiple deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, supporting Navy SEALs. They are also the coauthors behind the military thriller series Tier One, penned as Andrews & Wilson.
