The Adventures of Ella and Leo

Ella is 10, and loves inventing new things. Leo is three, and loves playing with his big sister. But sometimes being Leo’s big sister isn’t easy, especially when he keeps getting in the way of Ella’s inventions. One day, Ella invents a time machine, and Leo is accidentally transported back to the age of the dinosaurs.

Ella loves fairies. She reads books about fairies, makes fairy villages, and has a fairy door in her room. And she is sick and tired of everyone telling her that fairies aren’t real. She is determined to convince her parents, her friends, everyone at her school, and the whole world that fairies are real. When her little brother, Leo, finds a mysterious key hidden in an old barn, strange things begin to happen. The key might just unlock the secret of fairy magic and Ella might have her chance to prove to everyone that fairies are real. But someone else wants the key, too.

Like any adventurous 12-year-old, all Ella really wants to do is find aliens, get a pet dragon, and maybe explore the galaxy. But her little brother, Leo, keeps ruining everything! After Leo ruins her science fair project, Ella doesn't think things can get any worse. That is, until Ella is kidnapped by aliens, leaving it up to Leo to rescue his sister and save the planet from an alien invasion. It's a lot to ask of a five-year-old. But Leo is no ordinary five-year-old.
