Publisher's summary

Kindergarten teacher by day, sensual masseuse by night, Peter Davidson never thought things would get so tough that he'd need to give out sensual massages in secret in order to make ends meet. But when the school slashes his hours in half and with no other jobs available in town, he stumbles across the opportunity when fiddling around on an online dating site and a rather handsome older gentleman offers him money.

What he thinks will be a onetime thing turns into a booming business at night, and Peter promises himself he'll only do it long enough just until he gets caught up. He has nothing else going on in his life, after all.

Handsome, classy, and educated as he is, Peter still hasn't met The One. Until, that is, he meets Chip - the parent of a new student, who turns out to be more man than he's ever dreamed of.

What will Chip say if he finds out what Peter is doing on the side? And, what's worse, what will the school say when they find out this teacher has been a very bad boy?

If you are a fan of Always by Kindle Alexander; The Backup Boyfriend by River Jaymes; Broken Pieces, Stay, or Collide by Riley Hart, or any of the Dreamspinner Press books, you'll enjoy this short novel.

heads up...cliffhanger

this book is well written. As well as narrated nicely. I didn't however realize that it was going to end in a cliffhanger with like 3 more books to follow.

I loved the main characters

I really enjoyed the main character's journey but I wasn't a fan of the ending. If the ending was different I would have rated it higher.

ugh cliffhangers. .....untapped potential

The story could have been a decent one. However listening to it on audio was a difficult thing to do. The characters with the exception of one were supposed to be early thirties late twenties and yet the voice that was assigned to each character was that of a senior . The pace of the narration was extremely slow.out unfortunately, it caused me as a listener to lose interest at times then I'm forced to go back and read listen to something that seemed to drone on just to see what I missed. the most interesting part of the book or most exciting part of the book I should say where there was some potential for action was the last 3 minutes 5 minutes of the book

Horrible DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

So I’ve tried to like Jamie Lakes books but they don’t get better. Each book is worse than the last. The characters are whiny and pathetic. They all want to be taken care of with minimal work on their side. The narrator does not help at all and actually makes the book worse. I don’t know why the books get above a 1 star. If I could rate less, I would.

Please take the advice of the other reviewers that say not to read. I thought that they were being harsh but nope. Save yourself time and read something else.

The books this series was compare to by Riley Hart is pretty good and worth it. Her Havenwood Series is great as well. I don’t know why they compared her books to his because in comparison his series is trash.

Skip Jamie Lake and listen to RILEY HART or ELLA FRANK the books are longer but are actually good.
